Purchase of six gowns is required to open an account (accessories and sale items excluded).
Proof of business documentation must be sent upon request.

All Sales are final. No refunds or returns
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Service unless otherwise requested.
Customers agree to pay for the shipping charges and the restocking fee of 10% on refused shipments.
