PURCHASING AND SHIPPING POLICIES

1.    Purchase of six gowns is required to open an account (accessories and sale items excluded). Proof of business documentation must be sent upon request.
2.    Orders may be placed by phone at (213) 770 4001, by fax (213) 342 9289, by e-mail at info@deklairebridal.com, or by registering at our website www.deklairebridal.com
3.    All Sales are final.  No refunds or returns
4.    Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Service unless otherwise requested.
5.    Customers agree to pay for the shipping charges and the restocking fee of 10% on refused shipments.
6.    Please note that some items may not look exactly as they appear in the catalog.  Please be aware of slight variations in colors and details due to lighting.
